Listen, there's no doubt that at least a segment of the black culture has gone feral over our lifetimes, but it's not universal, and it has nothing to do with the official end of slavery in this country.

I'm with you on this one... perverse incentives by democrats over the past few decades played a major role in the mess but ending slavery was a good thing ( that was done by Republicans). Voting rights was good (again - more Republicans voted for it). Welfare and fatherless homes (dem ideas) both destructive. Urban renewal was bad. (liberal elite ideas) Liberal guilt was horrible. Teaching blacks anger, pity party tactics and bitterness was a horror.... The nice thing about incentives is they can be switched.
