While Romney had told guests at the event that his remarks were off the record, he had not made the same admonition to those working at the event.

So, he skates on a technicality. He needs to be fired.

“In the end I really felt like it had to be put out,” the bartender tells MSNBC. “I felt I owed it to the people that couldn’t afford to be there themselves to hear what he really thought.”

So, he disagreed with the candidate's point of view, and he "leaked" the video. He needs to be fired and blacklisted.

Frankly, I don’t blame the guy for leaking it, I blame the idiotic voters of the US who thought there was anything wrong with what Romney said. Romney spoke the truth and the American electorate is so stupid they don’t know the truth when they hear it.
