Lammy is right. It is RACIST that the black smoke indicates no pope. Why does black have to indicate failure? Is the Catholic Church saying that blacks can’t decide on anything? That is RACIST.

Racism is absolutely all around us, if you look for it. For example, in chess, whoever plays white always goes first! If that's not an archetypal illustration of the innate and endemic racism that permeates our society, then I don't know what is. It beats into the collective unconscious that blacks are always second, always behind.

I think a reform campaign to alter Chess rules is needed to redress this obvious injustice. Which goes first could be randomly determined, but then that might still mean there would be "movement first color injustice", as randomly black might still come last all the time. A better solution would be to alternate who goes first (starting with black, to compensate for centuries of "racist movement initiation").
