If it ever gets out of the Senate, it's definitely dead in the House. At least for the next two years. Zero hopes and prays ... well, he hopes the 'rats take over the House in 2014, but so far he's tracking Bush #43's approval almost exactly. We all know how that ended.

It isn't dead yet.

The same was said about healthcare, and it passed.

Colorado, an high plains and western state, is banning guns.

Write your congress critters. This has a better chance at passing than you think.
