Now that Lloyd Blankfein says he plans to extend his reign as the chief executive of the controversial investment bank Goldman Sachs, its nice to know that hes developed a new policy to address one of the most pressing matters facing his employees, shareholders and investors around the world: Hes now in favor of gay marriage.
No joke.
Now, plenty of people support gay marriage (myself included). But why does the head of a big bank feel compelled to publicly announce his position on a topic that, when alls said and done, has next to nothing to do with running his company?
Publicly, Blankfein gave a pretty convoluted answer. Marriage equality, he said in a CBS interview, is a civil rights issue but its also a business issue.
He elaborated: Its going to be hard for Goldman to attract a whole set of very talented people employees who want to share their benefits with same-sex spouses unless the firm takes a stand in favor of gay marriage.
All well and good until you peel back several layers of BS. Regardless of sexual orientation, people usually work for Goldman because they can make money hand over fist there. Most investors buy Goldman stock not because Blankfein is sensitive to progressive politics but because the firm is ruthless in the markets, and so very profitable.
And Blankfeins own conversion from Vampire Squid (as the Goldman crews been dubbed) to civil-rights activist comes as officials at the firm concede theyre under relentless pressure by a new and aggressive type of shareholder activist pushing the business community to embrace a left-wing political agenda.

“But why does the head of a big bank feel compelled to publicly announce his position on a topic that, when alls said and done, has next to nothing to do with running his company?”
Dear Mr. Gasparino,
Here’s the answer to your question: He announced it for the same reason you just did: To appear on the cutting edge of the culture. That, of course, is the reason in your and his mind. However, the real reason is neither you and he are bound by any decent moral code.
Sincerely,
DemshateGod
For investors, this is the signal to short Goldman Sachs stock.
“Now, plenty of people support gay marriage (myself included).”
If it is known by Fox News that Charles Gasparino is an advocate of Gay Marriage, why is he even allowed to write a story on the issue?
It is just another example of media bias toward Gay Marriage.
notice how there is a flood of pro-homo stories in the last week? all these execs and now a rino who have changed sides?
NYC controls too much of the news editing and selection.

I would suggest looking at Fudge futures ;)
"Okay, packed fudge prices have been dropping all morning, which means that everybody is waiting for it to hit rock bottom, so they can buy low. Which means that the people who own the packed fudge contracts are saying, "Hey, we're losing all our damn money, and Christmas is around the corner, and I ain't gonna have no money to buy my son the G.I. Joe with the kung-fu grip! And my wife ain't gonna f... my wife ain't gonna make love to me if I got no money!" So they're panicking right now, they're screaming "SELL! SELL!" to get out before the price keeps dropping. They're panicking out there right now, I can feel it. "
FROM THE FILM TRADING PLACES:
(Billy Ray (Eddie Murphy), is a pan handler, the Duke brothers picked up from the streets ). They try to explain to him what the Commodities business is.
_______________________________________
Randolph Duke: We are ‘commodities brokers’, William. Now, what are commodities? Commodities are agricultural products... like coffee that you had for breakfast... wheat, which is used to make bread... pork bellies, which is used to make bacon, which you might find in a ‘bacon and lettuce and tomato’ sandwich.
[Billy Ray turns and gives a long look at the camera]
Randolph Duke: Randolph
[continuing]
Randolph Duke: And then there are other commodities, like frozen orange juice... and GOLD. Though, of course, gold doesn’t grow on trees like oranges.
[chuckles]
Randolph Duke: Clear so far?
Billy Ray: [nodding, smiling] Yeah.
Randolph Duke: Good, William! Now, some of our clients are
speculating that the price of gold will rise in the future. And we have other clients who are speculating that the price of gold will fall. They place their orders with us, and we buy or sell their gold for them.
Mortimer Duke: Tell him the good part.
Randolph Duke: The good part, William, is that, no matter whether our clients make money or lose money, Duke & Duke get the commissions.
Mortimer Duke: Well? What do you think, Valentine?
Billy Ray: Sounds to me like you guys a couple of bookies.
Randolph Duke: [chuckling, patting Billy Ray on the back] I told you he’d understand.
Something is rising and it isn’t a love boat...

Yearning for Benito, Gasparino?
notice how all the pro-homsexual stories are flooding out after the new Pope issues a first statement calling homosexual marriage an evil upon society.
seems like the homosexuals of the msm and thier cronies are hell bend to counter the pope.
Goldman Sachs owes the WH its survival and is now owned by them.
Pray for America
how many careers are destroyed by “comming out”? jcpennys? actors? actreses?
pandering costs profits.
Good observation. It’s interesting also, IMO, that the advocacy for sodomy is being pushed much like gun control: hurriedly and hysterically.
Say what you want about Eddie Murphy’s current movies, but Trading Places and 48 Hours were pure gold IMO.
It is interesting that this is happening while the CPAC conference is going on. This could be an end run around the conservative base which is being systematically driven out of the Republican Party. This is pressure from all sides. Notice how the gay activists are now using investmnet activism to push their agenda.
It seems that there is another domino falling every day. This is pressure from the soulless part of the GOP along with the media, the gays from hell and the Dem liberals. They all seek to destroy the God-based values of this country. They all have their separate agendas but none of them want to have God looking over their shoulders.
