How do they expect all the recreational pot-heads to remember to follow the law on this? I can picture someone bartering away a gun/ammo/magazine for a few ounces of weed and not complying with the background check for private “sales”...

But if something happens that pushes patriots into a conflict I hope they are armed to the extent they want.

Mark Levin and Sarah Palin have talked about their belief that the DHS is preparing for an economic collapse that will cause chaos, in which they will have to restore order. They may be doing just that, but they are also intentionally causing mistrust at a level that will cause them to be treated as hostile targets by many as soon as they appear on the streets. There isn't any reason to believe they aren't hostile either.

We may be forced into conflict by these tyrants. Every time I get optimistic I remember the extremist we are dealing with. They have so many ways to cause conflict without giving a direct order to confiscate guns. These radical leftist seem to want quick radical change one way or the other.

Might as well add the real language to the discussion.

Please see the following: http://www.leg.state.co.us/clics/clics2013a/csl.nsf/fsbillcont3/590C29B4C02AFC2F87257A8E0073C303?open&file=1229_rer.pdf

Look closely at the exemptions from pages 5 to 7. Any bill without those exemptions is not well thought out. Any bill with those exemptions is hardly “UNIVERSAL.”

As a gun collector and long time member of a state gun collectors association, I feel that such background checks would harm gun shows and the ability to easily make purchase from other collectors to improve my collection.
