Cruz and Palin for me. Time to fight for the country.
Rand Paul, Marco Rubio, and Ted Cruz are the future. Imagine, Republicans that can actually speak in complete sentences without falling down!!! They are not monolithic, but there is enough overlap that they can advance the agenda of limited government. A conservative consensus needs to form about immigration, and foreign policy needs some foundational work. Frankly, the main agenda is probably now one of averting financial disaster, or cleaning up after it. Sarah Palin will also play a big role, and there are governors (Walker) who could also be players. Lots of talent in our dugout, and we need to add more in 2014.
The first step toward 2016 is defeating Jeb Bush and Chris Christie before they ever get started. That will need to be done by the likes of Sarah Palin, Rush Limbaugh, and Sean Hannity. Those senators will have their hands full doing their jobs.
Marco Rubio, just what we need: another amnesty loving open borders phony.
I stand with Rand.
I hope they are thinking about how they are going to handle the boat load of BS that's about to be unleashed on them.
Looks like Christy/Bush or Bush/Christy is the chosen ticket for the 2016 Gee-we-don't-know-why-we-lost-again election loss.
Why go for half measures?
McCain/Romney for 2016.
Or McCain/ Christy 2016
Of course the question for conservative candidates is- What are you going to do when you figure out that the party you belong to has no intention of EVER letting you run?
A Ted Cruz/Tom McClintock ticket for ‘16 POTUS would be good, but there are plenty of candidate possibilities from other people who are true conservatives. I, also, like Senator Rand Paul, except for his Libertarian positions on most foreign policy issues-Rand’s major weakness, IMHO. Unfortunately, too many of the other possibilities for ‘16 GOP POTUS practice RINO Republicanism. I curious as to how many CPAC attendees who voted the way that they did knew which of the candidates are for amnesty for illegal immigrants as well as which of the candidates are not for amnesty for illegal immigrants.
Hasn’t Rubio been as flaky as a pastry crust?
Pretty much a given after the Filibuster.
Stepped up big time. Glad he did.
The problem is the Natural Born Citizen clause of the constitution and ObaMao set a horrible precident. Cruz and Rubio have issues that MUST be addressed.

Keep your House job Ryan, as we don’t want no more GOP Elites running for POTUS !
As long as Jeb Bush isn’t at the top of the polls, I’m happy.
