Uncommon Knowledge — Hoover Institution, Stanford University ^ | March 17, 20013 | GoodDay

This week on Uncommon Knowledge, US senator Ted Cruz (R-Tex.) discusses his first two months in office and his vision for the Republican Party. (36:13)

“I think the biggest divide is not even a divide between Republicans and Democrats; it's a divide between the people. And [between] the entrenched elites in Washington that are growing their own power. And I think there is an incredible desire to get back to commonsense conservative principles.”

very good! Sent it to all of my college student contacts! Kids are turning away from b/s. Aim back at the young..give them worth...they are smart and funny...

Older teens are getting a clue after going through the multi level ridiculous means to arrive at a decent college. Life in America has become sad satire.

Thank you very much for that.

Ted seems to be honest and articulate.

I do think he needs to take his own tips on being articulate to the folks at the bottom, but over all, he is a great breath of fresh air.
