In the past, Saddam had old chemical/biological weapons. They might or might not have been still in a condition to use. In any case, they were not found. No facilities for producing new WMDs was found. No nuclear weapons nor any program close to producing them was found. Finally, notwithstanding the Bush Administration’s terroristic policy to frighten the American people into backing an unnecessary war, there was never any possibility of Saddam delivering a nuke or any other sort of WMD to US territory.
