No, it’s easy. Rove is on his own side and doesn’t care who wins or loses as long as his check clears.

you’re right about that... If we could get THIS clinton to balance the budget like we forced the last one too, I would vote for that.
God Help Me I miss Bill Clinton...

It's pretty clear to me that the GOPe would rather back a RINO and lose, than support a conservative and win.
The establishment in the GOP are parasites who love big government.
Who doesn't believe that Rove is perfectly happy with Zero in the WH? Sure, Romney would have been better for him. He could have sold access to the Oval Office.
But now he can just hit up his donor list, promising a "conservative victory"...

If that is the extent to which the RNC has learned a lesson from the Romney debacle ... then I guess we'll have another President Clinton.

Hillary's depredations go all of the way back to when she was thrown off of the Watergate Committee for writing a truly mendacious and fraudulent brief on Nixon's right to an attorney.
She has never had to pay the price for being such a devious, lying and thoroughly repugnant character.

Hillary seems to be teflon coated, despite being a tired looking old alinskyite 7 sister lesbian hag in a bad pantsuit with Sybill Trelawney glasses, with no record of actual political or professional accomplishment except “served as..”
she is the liberal/metrosexual/soccer Mom/big democrat donor/FEmale MEdia/liberal business money establishment candidate
WTH do these think they are going to get?
Bill Clinton’s 3rd term? Or maybe just his economy?

.
That said, the WH is locked up to 2024 at the very least.
.
How will any political party stop a juggernaut of a campaign of Hillary Clinton ? Who would dare vote against the first female President !?
Imagine the stage with 3 of the biggest political stars standing on it, Bill Clinton, Barack Hussein Obama and Hillary Clinton together campaigning for the 1st female President !
Book it .

My prediction: the Roberts court will rule that Obama can run for a third term, he will run, and he will win handily over the moderate nonentity that the Republicans nominate.

It is possible of course, but I do not think she will get any traction for all of the reasons you have laid out as well as what I have put down.
A very good hammer to use on her is the health issue. Having had a blood clot or two, the question of her capacity to serve will come forward.
Too, and thank goodness old Billy the weenie wagger has lost a lot of steam too; does not have the old punch.Fingers crossed.
