A non-profit has bought a house across from the anti-gay church and turned it into a gay-rights center, complete with a rainbow flag.
The Westboro Baptist Church in Topeka, Kan., might have finally met its match.
The church, which is known for its extreme ideologies and anti-gay views, now has a neighbor swathed in the rainbow colors of the gay pride flag.
Non-profit Planting Peace bought a house across from the church notorious for its "God hates Fags" and "God hates America" slogans and decided to turn it into a gay rights center, according to Gawker.com.
The house which has been named "Equality House" even has a pride flag flying from a 30-foot pole.

Yep. Blind squirrel theory.
“If Hitler invaded hell I would make at least a favourable reference to the devil in the House of Commons.”
- Sir Winston Churchill.
“But the adjacent homeowners did nothing “
The adjacent homeowners have been living next door to those freaks (Westboro) for how many decades now? They should either be used to the crap or have long since moved.
That statement assumes everyone can move if they so desire. I know people who cannot afford to move; they would be in an untenable situation should they be unfortunate enough to live next to these freaks. And living next door to them doesn't mean they are used to it.
I'm not used to the hordes of ILLEGAL aliens who parade across my property on their northbound trek to steal American jobs and entitlements. I'm not used to California's anti-business climate or its politics, but I cannot afford to move it as I have an established business of over 30 years and do not wish to start over again in another state.
You can live in adverse conditions and not get used to them. And you can be stuck living somewhere even though you may hate living there.
Since I suspect the whole WBC racket is run by Democrat Party agents provocateurs in order to slander all Christians, I doubt this makes a real difference. They’re all on the same side.
Well maybe this so called organization that moved in across the street will help the other neighbors sell their homes for a steep price and move if that is what they desire.
Don’t hold your breath though. They are not there to “help” just stir the pot and make it worse.
And given that we're discussing highly unstable individuals on both sides, specifically drawing more of the same to where the Phelpses live doesn't seem like a good formula for avoiding a lawsuit.
If I were to tell the press millions of Americans would be blown up by an Iranian nut job or that Democrats have stolen your entire life saving with bailouts and Obamacare, nobody panics because it is all part of the plan...
But if i say a few homosexuals in San Francisco are upset over their little wee wees, why, everyone just loses their minds!
Sincerely,
A. Joker
Exactly.
Agent provocateurs.
They execute homosexuals in Islam.
Broken clocks can be right twice a day.
It is one of the few times I side with the Muslims...
I simply refuse to interfere.
Homosexuals desire their own extinction.
If Muslims are willing to give it to them, I will not interfere.
The homosexuals and the Muslims are both my enemies.
Let them both “spread the other cheek” for their new Islamic Masters.
Is it wrong of me to wish a tornado or something would rip through and wipe both sides out?
If WBC didn't exist, the left would create them.
Great... the Westboro Baptist Church is a bunch of PREVERTS!!
In a word: *NO!* :)
