The gun Governor of the state, Chris Christie, the wannabe “Conservative” has an anti-gun AG - the SECOND in a row of two. Hardly surprising. Additionally his gun buy-back programs are generating fear and panic among the non-gun owning residents.
Unfortunately for the people of New Jersey the Democrats are even worse on the Second Amendment, follwing in the footsteps of the people across the Hudson River in New York City and State.
It is foolish to post anything of any significance on Facebook. Some folks actually post that they are going on vacation for however long.
If you want any right to privacy, do not flash all your stuff to the world.
He asked the Child Protective people to identify themselves, they didn't. He asked for their warrant when they wanted to look in his gun safe; they didn't have one. He then told them to leave, which they reluctantly did.
This is a classic case of someone in government being too full of themselves and their power. It is lucky it turned out how it did. It could have gone much worse.
Child services say they are obligated to investigate ALL reports made to them.
If someone acts out of sheer spite, makes up something ridiculous, and phones it in; if someone who doesn’t even know you, picks your name out of thin air and plays a prank on you, calling to report child abuse — the agents will come and threaten you with legal action (court warrant, and you never know if it’ll end with that) unless you open your door, let them in, let them explore, answer all questions, and permit them to photograph your child for their files; the files last until your children (all of them) reach the age of majority.
If a prankster pulled a fire alarm, he’d be in trouble. If he phones a false report to CPS, there are no consequences.
And they never tell you who called them, either.
Most LEOs are too stupid top realize when the oligarc hs are setting them up. Little barry bastard boy’s unJustice Department is trying to provoke the ‘perfect offense’ by which cries for gun confiscation will roll in.

Amen! Of course, that leaves only insignificant things, making Facebook and its ilk monumental time-wasters. That’s one reason I have refused all invitations to join up.
LEOs: Equipped better than most armies, drunk on power and beholden to their union masters. Not a good combination.
I agree. I hope this family is going to do that. It will be hard on them. The police and the state don’t take to being embarrassed and they’ll push back but the public needs to know just how close to the mid-nite knock on the door and the jack-boot this anti-Second Amendment hysteria is becomming.
