Step two is to get rid of the insane notion that it is possbile to round up 11 million people and deport them. However, they did manage to get here without the government running one bus. They can go home the same way they came, slowly, on their own.

We should immediately implement e-verify for job applications. But, remember, many, many of those illegally own their own businesses. E-verify is not going to solve the problem entirely.
