Harry Reid said he personally added the provision .. and yet here he is trying to cram a registration down our throats. This isn't just being hypocrital .. this is lying through your teeth.
Shame on you Harry Reid.

Didn’t Obama over ride all this via the 19 executive orders on gun control?

According to the provison in Obamacare .. IT CANNOT BE OVERRIDDEN BY EXECUTIVE ORDER.
So, if Obama did try to use an executive order, he has just broken the law.

Well, neither do I .. and the fact that there appears to be an attempt to silence what Obamacare says, tells me that somebody in the legislative brance needs to be paying attention to the EO and make sure it is expunged.

Well, whatever.
My own sense of personal dignity forbids gun registration.

And in case any of you suckers didn't know already, felons cannot be legally compelled to register their firearms. Obviously, that same SC ruling will exempt them from conducting compulsory private background checks.

It won’t matter, they will just do what they want and ignore the law. Nobody has called them on a single thing in 4 years so they can essentially do whatever they want. They could literally repeal the first amendment tomorrow and nobody would do anything to stop them. Its all over but the cryin’

From what I have seen it only eliminates the organs of the state empowered buy the affordable care act from doing so.
That the FOPA already did this means little to those in govt that think laws only apply to us. NOT them
