I’ll never forget this b!tch during the Thomas lynching. A Black guy was called to testify about “what’s her name.” He was a very accomplished and experienced person. At the start of his testimony, he stated his bona fides, which were considerable. Then he testified about “what’s her name?” And he disparaged her. Nunu Totempole didn’t like his testimony, so she ripped him apart in her commentary. It(she) was disgraceful!

I remember the gentleman in question, but I don't remember his name. Eloquent in speech, resolute, and quite convincing. I didn't know that this PBS maven had dumped on him. Although I am not surprised that she could not take issue with the substance of his message so that she had to attack trivial side comments
What a good use of my tax dollars in providing employment for these spewers of liberal banalities.

Don’t remember all the details, but I think Totenberg was one of a gaggle of thugs working behind the scenes to stop the Thomas nomination - using her press credentials such as they are I believe she got hold of some confidential reports which discussed Anita Hill’s attitude toward Thomas and then joined with others to persuade Hill, who initially did not want to testify, to go public with her stories - a disgraceful and unethical misuse of her position and journalistic privilege......
