Gun deaths shaped by race in America

Liberalism is racism. This a ‘round about way of saying Black people kill each other with guns so all of society must be denied their second amendment rights because criminal Black people are not able to obey gun laws. Further, liberals are saying the black race can not resist the temptation to murder other black people. White people don’t have this innate racial trait of murderous criminality.

In other words, liberals are saying Black people are too criminal and dangerous to survive “white” constitutional freedom. So whites, being the superior race and all, must give up their constitutoinal rights for the sake of the inferior, innately criminal black race that can not survive white freedom.

Pretty twisted, liberals are.

So why is only culture always blamed?

For instance, African Americans tend to be stronger backers of tough gun controls than whites. A Washington Post-ABC News poll this month found that about three-quarters of blacks support stronger controls, compared with about half of whites. The poll also found that two-thirds of city dwellers support stronger gun controls, while only about a third of rural residents back them.

Translation: inner city thugs dislike the idea of their victims possibly being armed. Gun control does not seem to affect the ability of thugs in Chicago, NYC, and DC from being well armed.

Actually, from the numbers that I’ve seen in the past you can narrow it down to about 2% of the population committing 45% or so of the homicides in the US.

Solution to the problem: disarm all blacks of firearms, and impose harsh penalties for possession. That should do it for the murder rate from guns. /S

Doesn’t matter. The problem isn’t violence in general, it is always framed as gun violence. We could solve it pretty well, by the simple expedient of legalizing murder by bludgeoning or stabbing - then murderers would prefer not to use a gun.

View the issue as violence in general, though, and you might have to recognize that guns democratize violent potential. It doesn’t make a bludgeon or a knife any less dangerous, but it makes it much more dangerous to threaten someone who has a gun and who therefore has very similar violent potential to that of an attacker.
