Why on Earth didn’t we stop this when we had the Republican President, House and Senate???? Sheesh when Bush had all those, he didn’t even pass anything worthwhile. At least (as bad as it is) when the Democrats have all 3 branches, they passed Obamacare. We lose a big opportunity to change some stuff from 2002 to 2006. Lost Opportunity that we will not see again for a while.
