To say that Rand Paul’s analysis is faulty is an understatement. It SHOULD matter that a presidential candidate was a drug user whether or not it was illegal activity. Ted Kennedy KILLED somebody for God’s sake does Rand Paul think evading a criminal charge is the biggest issue?
Either drug use should be illegal or not, the argument it could have ruined Obama or Bush’s political career is elitist noise.
