I hope the lawsuits completely embarrass Cuomo. I also hope it forces NY to revoke the AWB Pataki put into law. Since the day Coumo’s idiotic law was signed, I have been looking for a job out of here. Coumo no longer makes us feel welcome in our home state.
We’ve not had a major 2A challenge to SCOTUS since Heller (individual right) and McDonald (incorporation to states). I think we need to go after most of NY’s gun control laws, not just the latest, maybe even parts of their Sullivan Act.
