100,000 euros is only just under $130,000. That's hardly the 'rich', at least here. Maybe it is if Cyprus is socialist.

I'm sure Obama and the other socialists/communists here are foaming at the mouth hearing about this 'solution'. Our 401Ks will be raided first.
