I work for a retail store here in E-Town, KY and I've seen all manner of OC. There's been everything from Glock and Sig semi-autos to Ruger and S&W revolvers, including two elderly gentlemen who have hoglegs.

A couple of years back a new manager approached an OC customer and told him (incorrectly) that he wasn't allowed to carry in the store. That customer called corporate for clarification on this and corporate office has made is so that local carry regulations are now part of our standard new-hire training.

I wish the Kroger stores in Louisville were as accommidating. I’ve read a few horror stores on a local blog about their treatment of open carriers.
