Q: Why is it that Africa is the only place on earth that AIDs is spread through heterosexual sex? Hint: Because it’s not spread through heterosexual sex! Some of it thru homosexual sex. Some through heterosexual anal sex. Some because sores from untreated STD's readily allow transmission of HIV from women to men.

Hint: Because it’s not spread through heterosexual sex!I play racquetball with a urologist and I asked him this very question. He told me that it had more to do with circumcision. He said circumcision is like a vaccine against aids. He went to Africa and set up a circumcision clinic as part of his internship.
Just passing this along. I have no medical background, and I believe as you do – it does not seem to be a heterosexual issue.
