The Syrian Rebellion has almost nothing to do with the Arab Spring.
It is quite simply a proxy war between Shia Iran and Sunni Saudi Arabia.
Another added dimension is that Iran need a friendly Syria since it is the only conduit into Lebanon and Hezbollah.
Hezbollah has been sending fighters to assist the Assad regime.
This has the potential of turning from a localized insurrection to a regional general war.
The Arab Spring I referred to is the illusion that liberation of Muslim countries is possible.
Hezbollah is a surrogate for Iran.
Saudi Arabia is not Sunni is Wahhabi.
They are one of the most intolerant flavors of Islam.
Obama sides with Saudi first, they have been his benefactor.
His affinity to the Muslim Brotherhood caused horrible results everywhere he has had an influence.
Iran wants it all, and they are capable of such brutality that it is almost beyond belief. To their own people. They brought in Hezbollah and other foreign fighters to put down their own people after the mullahs stole the last “election”. (joke? well we had some major fraud too)
Obama is no friend of Freedom. He is a serious threat to the U.S. and to Israel. The question is why there is no one in Congress, the Court, the military or the press to expose his true nature. His past is totally conjured. Every word of his life story is a lie. His action show he serves the father-of-lies.
