Did they ever find out who shot the DA out there?
Not at this time. The investigators were looking into a possible link between the murder of ADA Mark Hasse and the shooter that murdered the Colorado Department of Corrections chief. I have heard nothing on local news as to why they were looking in that direction. This in and of itself is not unusual. Investigators would keep tight lipped about any good leads. What IS unusual is there are VERY few leads in the slaying of Mark Hasse, even with a reward exceeding $100K. I fear this murder may go unsolved for a very long time.
It is speculated that it is an Aryan Nation ordered hit. I drive by the square daily, don’t know what I would have done had I been there. Sheesh.
