DHS isn’t going to shoot at Americans unless they organize and oppose them, their agenda was to starve the specific type of cartridges used by most law enforcement agencies, especially the FBI or any protective agency in Washington DC.
Does the average person own a .40sw?
Some do but most prefer the light 9mm or the .45acp, Of all the firearms forums I visit most people do NOT like the .40sw.
But most LEO’s have adopted the .40sw, more so than the 9mm or even the .45acp. Starve the police, get the people riled up, create false activism to start a revolution which personally I think should happen but not at the urging of the Communists of America.
