Could just be that both Roberts and Kennedy have realized that this case could, if they decide to take the thing, mean the last day of meaningful existence for SCOTUS.
...and that would apply no matter which way queer “marriage” gets decided.

I won’t trust Roberts until the ruling is made. He appeared to be siding the correct way on Ozerocare. It is almost enough to make me wonder if rumors of blackmail over the adoptions might be true.
