I believe that, even if we had a referendum on the subject, SCOTUS would still overturn it.
The Feds are dead set on enforcing sodomarriage as the acceptable lifestyle.
It gives them another opportunity to challenge Christian values.
It wouldn't be a referendum, it would be an amendment to the constitution.
And what would be their basis for ruling that the constitution is "unconstitutional"?
If that is the case then we can dispense will all this foolishness about the rule of law.
