Baby Adelle's Seder in a Hospital Hallway

Probably few among the House of Israel chanted "Next Year in Jerusalem" more fervently and with more passion this Passover than members of the Biton family, who marked this year's Festival of Freedom by celebrating this year's seder in a hospital hallway.

The family was denied the privilege of spending the holiday at home due to a road terror attack several days ago left the family’s youngest child, 3-year-old Adelle, in critical condition. Mother Adva and sisters Na'ama and Avigayil were wounded in the crash caused by the rocks hurled at the family's vehicle as well.

The family was joined by many others who were stuck in the hospital for Passover as well as by relatives.

“The seder was a happy one,” Adva Biton told IDF Army Radio (Galei Tzahal). “A lot of aunts and uncles and family came, everyone was happy, we read the Hagaddah and sang, thank G-d… People who didn’t have a place for the seder joined us.”

“We see miracles every day,” she said.

She’ll live because I pray to Jesus that she will live.

I don’t have it in my heart to pray for her attackers
