There is an old, non-politically correct exppression for this type of behaviour which might be mistaken for a racist comment.

And that very term is, in my estimation, the thing that inhibits millions of people from publicly discussing the President's grotesque extravagance.

Because any discussion of such in-your-face behavior immediately calls the term to mind. And, in today's politically correct society, you cannot be thought to think such thoughts.

Having not seen the comment, being up early due to unfortunate episodic explosive diarrhea—yes I know: “Thanks for sharing that, td”—and being an Okie myself, I can only surmise that the opprobrious expression was some variant of: ‘African-American affluent.’
