I’m with you guys. Ate that crap for DECADES not knowing any better, but like Trans Fats, I’m done with HFCS. If it says anything other than Sugar or Glucose on the label, they can keep it.
I started cutting my consumption of HFCS several years ago (hard to do because it’s in almost everything) and lost 35 pounds without any other change in my diet.
