The general theme of these comments make me think this news story should be moved to Religion. God “allows” cancer in order to bring more people to him? God causes landslides in left-leaning locales? A mudslide on an island after weather events caused a weakening of the foundation is proof that we are living in the End-Time (v.97,597)?
But since this ISN’T in religion, I’m free to say that I think those ideas are wrong and borderline insane.
