Sen. Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.) I wouldn't count on Joe "evolving" any time soon, a poll recently came out in West Virginia, where bucking the national trend, opposition to gay marriage had actually gone UP from 68% in 2009 to 72% today. (Of course West Virginia's other Senator Jay Rockefeller "evolved" earlier this week, but that was more to flip the bird at the state because he already announced his retirement in 2014 and knows he can go as far left as he wants with impunity)
