Haven't listened to Mark yet, but this makes sense of Mark's attention and your queries. I barely have time these days to do more than comb the FR thread titles and keyword threads of note. I keyworded the threads below with "Obamaelectionreform."

Naturally I was suspicious, but I didn't read the articles. Mark must have sniffed out the motive.
