Atlanta (CNN) -- In what has been described as one of the largest cheating scandals to hit the nation's public education system, 35 Atlanta Public Schools educators and administrators were indicted Friday on charges of racketeering and corruption.

The indictment is the bookend to a story that was once touted as a model for the nation's school districts after the district's test scores dramatically improved in some of its toughest urban schools.

Among those indicted by a Fulton County, Georgia, grand jury was Beverly Hall, the former schools superintendent who gained national recognition in 2009 for turning around Atlanta's school system.

After 98% voted for Obama and being on the Dem plantation for the past 40-50 years I doubt they’ll change soon.

“Perhaps someday 30-40% of minorities will come to understand the hypocrisy of the Democratic Party and move away from their oppressors.”

The only way to do that is to actually come out and call them stupid and accuse them of staying on the plantation despite the freedom to leave anytime they want.

We are beng bled because of our fear of telling the truth.

A majority of American blacks have rejected integration into American society and have instead reverted to tribalism and African roots. The village promiscuity is the guiding principle.

Grand mothers and aunts control the society where no child actually knows with certainty their real father.

Alexis de Tocqueville said in a democracy we get the government we deserve. The people keep electing school boards that put in homosexual agendas and dumbed down curriculum. You let them hire corrupt superintendents and then are shocked to find out that this is the end result.

Still, if there is to be hope for the country, the goal should be to get at least some African Americans, perhaps 25-35% to move away from the hypocritical, oppressive Democrats.

In my view the number is much less. I think 12% is the threshold and anything greater is a margin for error.

A black vote of 12% for Republicans will reduce the Democrats total to 88%. That will be enough to tip the balance

I hope you are right, although the current path surely seems to point in the opposite direction.

Is it just the musings of some redneck bigot or are the so called leaders within the black culture trying to emulate the failed philosophies and practices of african cultures? Did not that culture lie to their own kind so as to trick them and sell many of them to the slave traders to enhance their own personal power and wealth? Is not that re-happening here today?

Apparently the Karma Police are hardly done paying back America for slavery. If America, in any resemblence to how we know it, survives it will indeed be a miracle.

Another affirmative action crook. It seems like the majority of them have no values, or think nothing of fleecing the public.

The great mass of “educators” and school superintendents are dysfunctional losers who really don’t have a clue about education other than how to collect their large paychecks. Fire them all.

Isn’t this at least the second time this has happened in Georgia??

I believe you’re referring to the fact that Clayton County lost accredidation for their public schools.

The education system exists for educators. Kids are tax gathering fodder

And, socialism is for the politicians, the give-mes are the vote gathering fodder.

Please view this as an open invitation to come on in and show us how to do it correctly.

I am not saying we are all perfect, far from it, but when you and others like you try to paint us all with the same brush, you are doing a great disservice to those of us that are not corrupt and do a D@MN good job.

So please before you say how bad we all are come on in the water is warm.
