There are a lot of things about this case that expose the abject idiocy of this country's foreign policy, its military affairs, and the use of our legal processes to deal with sh!t like this.

If nothing else, this should be a lesson to all of us ... that if you're really interested in defending your country, the last thing you should do is join the U.S. military.

The other lesson, in my opinion, is don’t take them alive. Sooner or later this will happen again, and the perpetrators should be shot to the ground.
