Even that didn't stop 98% of blacks voting for him! So, yeah, they're obviously fine with 14-15% unemployment even though Obama is only half black - he's as much white as he is black.
A lot of people are happy with unemployment so long as the government keeps paying them the equivalent of a $35,000 per year job to stay at home. Plus, there's the added benefit of working a couple of days a week under the table for spending money.
It's not a race issue - it's a freeloader versus producer issue, and I'm danged tired of being an enslaved producer.
