When I attended a Peralta College in Oakland in the early 1970s, our head administrator was busted along with his teenaged son for selling stolen college equipment out of his garage every weekend.
The really sad part of this was his disbelief that he was doing anything wrong. He was just “gettin’ over on the man,” doing his part via personal reparations.
As the head of the college, he was handsomely compensated and lived in a very upscale neighborhood. But he still felt the need to “get mo’ check” through fencing stolen goods.
I’d mention his race, but... you know... that would racist. Right?
Your comment is dead on. “Gettin’ over on the man” justifies anything, including black on white hate crime murders. Fatherless, dependent, drug infested homes that produce feral offspring.
The slow descent of our society has picked up a lot of steam under Obama. This will end badly, and a lot sooner than we thought. I now understand why Homeland Security is buying ammo and armored cars.
