Doctors told Ariel Knights that going ahead with her pregnancy was dangerous because a genetic condition meant the baby was growing in a weak uterus

She booked into Akron Women's Medical Group and was told the March 2012 procedure 'went well'

A week later a different doctor told her she was still pregnant Delivered her 'miracle baby' girl in September and both mother and baby are healthy Clinic and doctors deny any negligence and are challenging the lawsuit By HELEN POW 1 April 2013

My bet—she’s confabulating. Likely the doctors did not tell her what she thinks they told her, or what she says she thinks for whatever neurotic need she has. She’s healthy, the baby’s healthy—what’s she got to sue for? Take the baby away from her, if she wishes she were dead! What madness.

And when does the baby get to sue mama for child abuse?

One of the trickier and more internally and inherently
contradictory cases of this kind I’ve ever heard about.
She may have come to this lawsuit by herself, but my guess is she was steered toward a lawyer who sees the possibility of
8 grand for himself in this nuisance lawsuit.
The Hospital would probably pay 20-25 thou just to make the case go away, and not have to endure the negative publicity, whether they did anything terribly wrong or not.

The last line is the talk of a confused woman. She’s suing the abortionist for not “doing his job” but she says it’s hard to think that her child wouldn’t be here if he had done his job.

Has it never occurred to you, woman, that God saved your baby from you, and now you’re suing over it?

You can sue someone for NOT killing your kid?

I need to get out more... I seem to be losing touch with reality.

I hate to do this but damn, look at this mother here. She looks happy here but the same woman wanted to kill her kid. How could she even live with herself now knowing she would have killed her own kid?

“Yeah, about that time I tried to kill in my womb, hey no hard feelings, eh?”

Can you imagine when the daughter becomes a teen and starts rebelling and might lash out telling the mother, she wishes she was dead. I could then see the POS mother seething and saying, “you SHOULD have been dead, you were a mistake and I wanted to kill you in the womb.”

I mean wouldn’t you think that someone who tried to get her baby aborted, but it would up living, would keep it hush hush, rather than SUING THE DOCTOR?!?!?!

I mean how stupid is that?

Sounds like she's suing for not killing her baby properly.
I can't imagine the conversation when the kid becomes a curious teen and
does an internet search, only then to find out she was to have her brains sucked out, DEAD.

And a father? Nope, another f-up kid in the world.

If the twenty-first century were human it would have to be put in a straightjacket.

Everyone that has posted a comment should re-read the article.

If everything she has said is true, she doesn’t deserve all of these nasty comments.

She chose to abort because her life was in danger and she could have died, leaving her son motherless. This is one of those “life of the mother” exceptions that most people would agree with. Most people in her shoes would do the same thing.

If she was truly treated this way she should sue those quacks and inform the community of their actions and bad judgments. I hope the jury awards her thousands more than she is asking for. What they did was horrible.

Keep in mind-—she was told she could die. She wasn’t aborting for birth control or because the child would cramp her lifestyle. Thank goodness things turned out the way they did. I wish them the best, especially for the the sake of the little ones.

“She chose to abort because her life was in danger and she could have died, leaving her son motherless”

She wouldn’t have put herself in that position if, as a single woman, she kept her legs closed and not acted the whore that she is. I’d love to take that child away from her.

for me, it’s not that she had to make a difficult decision to abort after being told she was in a life-threatening medical situation — it’s the lawsuit that rankles.
