For example, people are whining about the 2 billion bullets that DHS has bought

DHS hasn't bought 2 billion bullets. They've bought between 100 and 150 million rounds for the last three years. They will probably buy about that many every year for the next 5 years.

There's literally NO story here, nothing of interest. and nothing that matters or affects anything. . Nothing has been a greater waste of internet electrons than the DHS ammo panic stories.

Okay, say you're right (where do you get your stats?). Is there any proof they are buying mass quantities of hollow points? If they are, that is disturbing.
