The Denver Post (think N.Y. Times or Washington Post) held a Gun Control Forum on April 2, 2013. During the discussion the Congresslady revealed how little she really understands about the guns she (and other Democrats) want to regulate out of existence. She actually said, about high capacity magazines "If you ban them in the future, the number of these high capacity magazines is going to decrease dramatically over time, because THE BULLETS WILL HAVE BEEN SHOT, AND THERE WON'T BE ANY MORE AVAILABLE!" - Then, listen for the laughter in the audience.
This the same woman who told a senior citizen he didn't need to worry about protecting himself because he'd "probably be dead anyway."

1) Replace facebook with something better.
2) Replace google with something better.
3) Replace House and Senate with something better.

5) Replace Obama with something better.
6) Replace the word “better” with “anything else”.

I think she got mags and shell casings confused, but this is a perfect example of what you get when people who are totally ignorant on a subject attempting to regulate it and control it with laws. It’s not the first time the lib/dems have shown total ignorance on the subject of guns.
People this ignorant shouldn’t be making rules about things they are this ignorant about.
This is why leftism fails. They believe in the ability of their elected elites to know everything.
Just like the celebrities (is there anything they don’t know?), just because they’re good at playing pretend, somehow they’re experts on every topic.

I’ve been coaching a beginner through purchasing a handgun.
He had the same confusion between mags and cartridges.
But he’s not passing gun control laws for the rest of us.

Every gun grabber needs to be compassionately adopted by a gun owner and taken to the range for a day. No, not to shoot the gun grabber, but to show him how safe and useful guns can be.

By the way, I hated it when I had to throw away my very expensive “six-shooter” once I had shot it six times and it was empty. It seems to be such a waste.
