It takes an act of congress to declare war first. That is if you still believe in the Constitution.

They are already getting food handouts from us. I know merchant mariners who’ve been bringing shiploads of wheat for them for at least the last 5 years. They are welcomed with posters of Americans beating North Koreans on the head with hammers and killing them.

It makes them feel a little odd, I must say.

China may want NK to detonate EMPs over the US. They can then aquire the real estate here for a lot less money than they’ve been paying.

LOL!

Yeah, I'm just an old, cynical, decorated Cold War veteran.

I must say I am very impressed by the conventional, non-NBC level MOAB munition, reportedly currently in theater over there.

I don't want any Koreans, or anyone else to die, fighting for deranged leaders evil goals.

I only touched down once on South Korea, in a Medivac flight refueling situation, and never left the aircraft.

But I have a map, and comprehend the order of battle.
Three MOABs deployed near the DMZ, will go a long way to finally resolve this festering situation.

“They are just asking... BEGGING... to be attacked.”

There is something going on here that I am not getting. Both Russia and China could be using the generals in mushroom hats to sucker us into a conflict I suppose. That or they are in control - out of control if you see what I mean. I am frankly confused.

They’ve had real bad harvests the last few years.

Not surprising. After South Korea cut off shipments of fertilizer, North Korea is using human crap as fertilizer.

Do you think Santorum would have bombed the h*ll out of North Korea by now? Or at least made some sort of meaningful impact?

No. I don't see the sort of toughness in his character which is required in a situation like this. Just my impression, after watching him for some time.

I think Kim came away with the impression that all Americans are blithering idiots, like Dennis, and they should be easy to defeat.
That’s exactly what I was thinking! I mean, how many Americans has Un met anyway? BFF Dennis made him feel very confident that if that other black guy was this dumb, no contest!

There sure have been a lot of people killed in the non-wars since the last declared one.

Our joint exercise Foal Eagle ends about 30 April, so look for more and more extreme antics by NK until then.

No ammunition has been released to NK ground units.

Somethings cooking on the China-NK border, a Chinese fighter penetrated NK airspace and overflew most of the border on 21 March. However, most of the Chinese ground units that moved to the border, have pulled back to their garrisons.

China delivered no crude to NK in February or March, for the first time in 39 months, looks like a pressure play.

If NK starts up their mothballed reactors, it would take many years to produce weapons plutonium, no threat there. NK only has enough plutonium for about 6 weapons and their blast yields todate have been very weak.

One thing of note, all the NK war posturing to date has been made by civil, government officials, not the NK military officials.

When NK has done that in the past, it has allowed NK deniability and an easy way to walk backwards as they can claim that the government was just preparing the people for martial law.
