Also, their is a poll to FReep...
Any law a hundred pages long is a bad, ill thought mess. A well drafted bill should be read & discussed both in committee and then before each legislative body to iron out confusing language, how it addresses the intended issue and amended or deleted to put it in finished form. It should not be rushed through as that leads to errors & consequences not intended by the drafters.
Laws also should not be too general as that lets the administering officials bend it with rulemaking to cover results not intended when made law.
When laws are done ignoring these guidelines you get horrors such as Obamacare & this CT anti gun rights law.
Step 1: Pass ridiculous gun laws. Should the law ever affect criminal ability to get high capacity guns/,magazines, criminals will turn to “stealth” shooting. Then Step 2; total elimination of guns in the hands of honest citizens. Result: Thug rule and government overreach into our wallets without restraint. Without ability to honestly accumulate more wealth, we’ll get more thugs. Expect intense competition from thugs and goverment for your assets.
I wonder: If I go into Colorado while on vacation and have a shotgun under one of the beds in our Airstream trailer and a Seecamp .32 in my pocket, will I be subject to arrest?
Documentation File on the negative impact of the Obamanation Counterculture on America.
All the hardened criminals are reading the paper and quaking in their boots. Surely they will all rush down to their local police station and turn in their illegal guns and cartridges over 10.
Bull$h!t!
Here’s what will happen: crime will rise in the next few years, and the state will not be able to find a reason. They will be “baffled.”
I’m still waiting for someone to tell all the residents of Texas, Alabama, Nebraska, Kansas, Mississippi, Georgia, Utah and Arizona that they all need to give up their guns for the safety of the children. When people try to get between God loving, traditional Texans and guns, the result if always far more entertaining than anything the movies can come up with.

Mark Levin is right, we are living in a post-constitutional America.
Look for the CT,NY,and CO laws to land up in the courts.
