Louis Farrakhan, the Nation of Islam leader, told students as Tuskegee University in March that "to cull, meaning to get rid of, two to three billion people is policy."
"They feel that the resources of our planet are dwindling and the people on the planet are considered useless eaters. So to get rid of them means that they have access to raw materials of the planet without opposition because they're killing the potential opposition," Farrakhan said.

They feel that the resources of our planet are dwindling... Let me take a wild guess... the "they" is one group, and the "culled" are a distinct and separate group. Am I close?

Old Calypso Louie is stirring up trouble again!! Who does he think needs to be "culled from the planet?" Hmmmm?? Actually it looks like Louie is opposed to culling but is accusing the US government of doing it.
Ironic that one of the kids attending the speech was from Booker T. Washington High School considering one of his most famous quotes:
"There is a class of colored people who make a business of keeping the troubles, the wrongs, and the hardships of the negro race before the public. Some of these people do not want the negro to lose his grievances, because they do not want to lose their jobs. There is a certain class of race-problem solvers who don't want the patient to get well." - Booker T. Washington

Melanin “challenged” is too negative, henceforth they shall be referred to as “people of pallor.”

Well, liberals are trying to cull as many blacks as possible via “choice”. We know who they are referring to.

"He went on to describe the 'methods' the U.S government is using for 'depopulation.'
"Now here are the methods they are using to effect global depopulation,..."
He's wrong about many things, but he's right about that. Anyone who so much as reads the scant blurb in your post already knows it in advance.
It's not our US Government that's trying to depopulate our planet, although government does work mostly for some very special constituents. It's those wealthiest constituents who have each complained so much about overpopulation and pushed gun control, environmentalism, etc.
And Farrakhan's incorrect about the extent of depopulation desired by the most elite kooks. Having been educated to love the Renaissance more than any other time in history (effeminate men in tights, people of the courts being so involved in immoral behaviors, etc.), they want the population reduced all the way to 18 million or so.
