Alright, but it's a bit curious that you're not spelling out exactly what you meant by your post to WellyP.
Seems pretty clear to me that what you're saying is that the "mind and spirit" of a person is determined by the color of their skin.

For the record, it’s my opinion that these young black ferals ought to be horsewhipped in public. This kind of criminal behavior is going to continue and worsen, as long as they keep getting nothing more than a slap on the wrist.
