Your post is spot on. If states can infringe on the 2A, then by the same logic they could demand that citizens quarter troops.
Any infringement is Unconstitutional.

I’m not that worried...
The day may come when they (government) decide we are not capable of posessing these weapons...
We will see, at that time, a re-tooling of those in our community to address this issue...
