WASHINGTON — President Obama went out for a round of golf Saturday afternoon, his second weekend in a row to hit the links at a course at Joint Base Andrews.

The president golfed with White House aides Marvin Nicholson, Joe Paulsen, and Michael Brush.

I think playing golf with 14 clubs is way too many. You can beat a rabbit to death with a 5 iron, so why carry all those other clubs in a “high capacity” bag. What is Obama trying to prove with 14 phallic symbols in his bag when one will do?

Well, for the most part, when he’s on the links he’s not doing any damage to us. Directly. Maybe. I would actually prefer he spend every day of the next 3 years and 8 months on the golf course and quit flyin’ and lyin’ all over the country. He obviously needs the practice. No mention of Reggie Love ... he played golf with Obama last weekend and attended the Marquette/Syracuse game later with him. He was also with O on the boys weekend getaway a couple of weeks ago.

I am never more satisfied with President Obama’s performance than when he is lounging on the beach or playing golf. “Well done, Mr. President!”, I say, “Why not another 18 holes?”

Oh give the guy a break. It’s not like there are any important issues going on or anything. The really important stuff like gay marriage and gun control are pretty much taken care of for now.
