Today, Kim Jang-soo, South Koreas new national security director, said North Korea may fire off a missile as soon as Wednesday. The launch will undoubtedly be a test of an intermediate-range missile, not an attack.
North Korea last week moved two missiles, which were subsequently loaded onto mobile launchers, to its east coast. Many expect the missiles, which have been subsequently moved to hidden locations, will be fired in trajectories arcing over Japan.

The KN-08 sits on an eight-axle mobile vehiclea transporter-erector-launcher in military lingothat can hide and shoot, so Americas costly missile defense system is considered necessary because of the hard-to-find KN-08s. China transferred to North Korea at least six of those mobile launchers, a clear violation of Security Council sanctions.
Some media reports in South Korea and Japan state that the two missiles now on the move are KN-08s. Seoul, however, believes they are Musudans, which have a range of only 2,500 miles, and perhaps less.
Whatever is true, Washington policymakers have been reluctant to confront the implications of the Chinese effectively using the North Koreans to target U.S. cities. Beijing, by supplying the mobile launchers, substantially increased the Norths ability to attack the American homeland.

The other downside of this is that a lot of leftist refugees would pour into the mountain states looking for socialist handouts. Better to keep them on the coast, IMHO.
>>Ive always said theres a reason America isnt mentioned in the Bible when it comes to end times prophecy.<<
Perhaps a civil war?
Yep. Not a prediction, on my part, but your logic is -— logical.
“make the proverbial drunken sailor blush “
How dare you? I have NEVER blushed!
And the Clinton Administration helped China target American Cities.
lol. Not even at this regime’s spending?
Drunken Sailors don’t blush, but we do get a tad upset.
My how I have cleaned up my vocabulary after 10 years of retirement.
I’m sure it’s been a long and illustrious career for you. ;)
By the time Obama’s done with us, we’ll be lucky to have ANY soldiers left, much less ones who feel carefree enough to spend their money getting drunk.
Makes me wonder if China thinks the only way theyll get their money back from the US is by taking over all our real estate (after first clearing it of people)...
Nuclear weapons are fake. Whole military forces are fake. Other currencies are fake. Other markets are fake. Cities are fake. Other economies are fake and collapsed. It’s all fake, you know. But those robots in our largest manufacturing base? Those are real. And our world economy runs just fine on potato chip machines.

If we had a more aggressive missile defense system this might not be as big of a problem.
Has anyone else noticed the parallel ineffectiveness between the democrat’s policy on international disarmament and appeasement of the threats and domestic disarmament and appeasement of the Real threats?
Im starting to think the general theory of modern liberalism is to help the badguys beat you.
What might help you calm down, is to get a world globe, and take a really long, hard look at it.
Next, consider history.
Who was badly scarred, and still has sores to soothe and heal, and “who” is it that will eventually “get around to starting WWIII”.
Hint: Look to the shitty little countries of the EU.
The Chinese aren’t worried about getting their money back. Buying the rope that they will hang us with is an old communist saying, dating back to Lenin. The end-game of the communist regimes in Russia and China has always been world domination. You guys who keep breaking this down to mere monetary concerns just don’t get what kind of people the communists are.
Everyone in America was terrified of a nuclear war from the 1960s through the 1980s. Of course, we never had one when you were most expecting one. Perhaps, when we are least expecting it and have long forgotten the threat.
