I should have said “The Downfall of the USSR.” I was trying to say something nice about Mrs. Thatcher, and it came out wrong.

That's OK...but the downfall of the USSR to become Russia once again, hasn't changed anything, except,perhaps, a more Capitalistic Communism, sort of what we have here now.
