When they say its for 11 or 12 million they are lying, under existing laws once legalized they will all get to bring in extended families.
I can't even remember how long they have used the 12 mil number. It's been decades. We are all about to get bit in the ass. Not that it will matter much but a few of us will at least know how it happened.
