A. Lex Loci. It’s not the law you like or the law your religion dictates, it’s the law of the place where you are.

I have seen a rebuttal of this assertion that an abortion would have saved this woman’s life. She died of a septic infection that had nothing to do with the pregnancy. It is my understanding that her husband was informed of that fact.

The story is at least 3 months old. It’s a lie. It was made into a story for pro-abort propaganda the first time around. Garbage.

It would be helpful to have a specific medical description of what caused her death.

There wasn’t time to fly her back to India?

This is just another example of how leftists work. They hype something and don’t let the facts get in the way of their agenda. There is no indication that having an abortion would’ve prevented the situation this unfortunate women was in. I’ve only encountered one instance where abortion could’ve been relevant to a mothers life. A friend of mine and coworker’s wife had a bout with a rare usually deadly form of cancer. She is now in remission and is pregnant which means that she can no longer have additional chemotherapy treatments. It was a worry that it might become a choice between her and the child but thankfully it did not come to that and she and the baby are fine and the baby is on schedule to be delivered. Even given that she did not want an abortion. This will make their 8th child.

Roe V Wade was a product of just flat out made up numbers concerning women who died in back ally abortions. It was estimated a total of 38 died in the whole country prior to Roe V Wade. That is the way the left works though. They hype non problems so they can transform the country to their liking facts, good sense, or decency be damned.

My impression is that this story was, if not debunked, certainly revealed to be not quite as cut and dried as the Guardian presents it.

Are we seeing a new tactic of the leftist media? Are they now presenting a lie, having it questioned, and then presenting it again months later as though the initial conversation had never been had?
